3. Product Information & Pricing

We work hard to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. However, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed for an incorrect-price item and we cancel the order, we will refund you in full.

4. Fitment Disclaimer (Important)

Auto parts must be matched to the correct year, make, model, engine, and trim of your vehicle. Although we provide fitment information as a guide, you are responsible for verifying that the part fits your vehicle before installation. Once a part has been installed, it is generally no longer eligible for return (see our Return Policy). When in doubt, consult a qualified mechanic or contact us at support@steveautoparts.com before installing.

5. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by SteveAutoParts Inc.. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.
You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped by contacting support@steveautoparts.com. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim on your behalf.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled under our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Warranties

Products sold on SteveAutoParts.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except as expressly stated, SteveAutoParts Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability
